Renew Performance Center, LLC, its affiliates, and/or its partner(s) and their authorized designees shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, or actions whatsoever to guest or guest’s property arising out of or connected with the use of any of the services and facilities of the facility or the grounds on which the facility is located (“Claims”). By signing below, Guest does hereby expressly forever release and discharge Renew Performance Center, LLC, its affiliates, and/or its partners which own or lease the facility, the equipment, and the services, from all such Claims.
